My teaching philosophy
The best way to learn about effective communication is to practice it. I help students discover how to become lifelong learners, emphasizing that learning is not limited to a particular teacher, class, or time in their lives. Additionally, I maximize opportunities for students to see the holistic nature of communication by fusing lesson ideas and supporting the transfer of knowledge to the workplace. I bring attention to the gift of learning and the priority it should hold in their lives.
